I am in the process of assembling the pieces for my first reef tank.... have kept saltwater fish in the past but not a reef. I'm pretty excited about this project.

Here is the current list of equipment:

Aquapod 24 w/ SunPod 150 watt HQI
CPR Aquafuge 2 PS (small) w/ built-in Protien Skimmer - use stock CPR pump
CPR 24 watt PC light for refugium
Prime Chiller 1/15 HP
Mag 5 Pump (to replace stock pump and also run the chiller)
AquaController Jr w/ pH & Temp probes
Stealth 100w heater
Aqua Medic SP 3000 Niveaumat (for auto top off)
Purigen added to the chamber in the back of the tank
Carib Sea Mineral Mud for refugium
Timer for lights and moonlights
Black oak stand as the stock one just looked too flimsy

- What is going to be the best way to plumb everything? Should the pump go on the intake/outtake side? In or out of the water? Will there be enough circulation in the main tank?

Any suggestions of what works / does not work? What next? I Stocking suggestions welcome.
