I am just getting into the hobby after hearing about mantis shrimp. What I planned on doing is making a mantis only tank that would just have a CUC, LR, LS and a mantis has turned into me wanting to fill it with corals as well. Im looking at getting the Nano Polyp Frag Pack from LiveAquaria and was wondering if anyone has ordered it from them and what I should expect? It comes with 5 assorted frags on 1-2" rocks and is 59.99. Is it worth it or are there other optons I should look at? I am also going to get a few Rics and some xenia down the road as well.

Also, what type of glue/epoxy is best for underwater rock to rock gluing as I dont want my mantis using my frags to close his den? What type of glue/epoxy is best for gluing frags underwater that arent attached to anything as well? Thanks for all the help.

Live aquaria is decent. You wont beat their dedication to customer service and they have a nice arive alive stay alive policy.
I find most of their stuff to be average to good quality.

I had an experience with ReefHotSpot recently that blew me away. I got the most vibrant healthy coral i have ever recieved (or seen for that matter). They have fair prices AND the same garuentee as live aquaria and their live stock is top notch.

I have been very happy with Liveaquaria. They have great customer service and everything that I've ordered from them has arrived on time, healthy, and happy. The corals that I've bought from them have been nice and as described, but fairly small. Though as I said, they were accurately described, including the size, just maybe more expensive for that size than other places. However since I have had such good experience with them it is worth it to me.

I have bought the nano polyp pack and quite frankly this is probably the only way I'll pay money for zoo's again. I got 5 different color zoo's, 2 polythoa and star polyps. After fragging and moving rocks around I think I have about 12 different places with these zoo's and star polyps growing. Given, if your lighting is up to par, these are going to spread nano size zoo rocks is all you need. Here are a few pics from corals I recieved from the nano polyp pack

the green polyps are not on the rock it came with. I think I put about 5 or 6 polyps on that plug. the left and right are from the orig frag rock but frags have been taken off them. those star polyps above the purple cap frag came from me sticking the star polyp rock in that hole below them and then removing it.

two like these came with it

these are the same ones before I fragged them. there are some orange and green ones about an inch above them that came with it too (the far right large ones are obviously NOT from a nano pack)
