I want to buy a Constellation 48". I am looking through all the vendors listed on the Aquactinic site. They all charge different shipping charges, but I thought the fixture was dropped ship?!, in that case the charges should be calculated from the Aquactinics facility, not the vendor.

Non of these vendors even offer free shipping when the order is more than $500 +. I don't want to compare but most of the TEK resellers offer free shipping. Again, this is not a comparison on the product, which is second to none, but on shipping policies.

I really want to order my Constellation as soon as possible, but if all the vendors are the same and non of them offer any incentive, how can we now which one should one give business to?!

Any thoughts Tom?...

Chachijoe,

First I want to start by saying that we do not control shipping charges that the dealers charge. You will have to take that up with them. Second, not all the online dealers drop ship only. Some of them are now stocking the fixtures, hence the different shipping charges. As for the free shipping, again every store has their own policy and I don't know why they offer free shipping on the TEK. You can always call them up and ask about their shipping policies.

All of our dealers, online and retail location, are great places to buy from. You can be confident in placing your order with any of them and know you are getting a great product as the best possible price. Check with your closest dealer and see if they have a 48" Constellation in stock. This would keep the shipping cost down.

Thank you,

Tom
