I spray-painted the backside of my 100gal blue (very sharp looking by the way), but there was a small amount of mist that made it's way to the inside glass despite my efforts to have it sealed off. I scraped the paint off the inside, but got some into the small amount of substrate sand that I had in the bottom of the tank. I have about 120lbs of sand that's going to go onto this sand, but will the flecks of non-toxic paint harm the aquarium?

Sounds really stupid for me to type, but I know that the paint is generally benign and wasn't sure if I should try to get it all out.

It's down in the sand now, so it would be a pretty good job.

you said that your going to be dumping another 120ibs of sand on top of it?right and if its not a sugnifacant amount then i really wouldnt worry to much
