Hi.. Thankyou for looking at my thread that includes images of my 3 month old 20 gallon nano mixed reef. Please don't hesitate to make a reply....just tell me what you think!

Very nice tank. Nice to see the sergant majors and the dottyback. You don't see those often.

its just macro algae... some use it for looks, some use it as a nutrient exporter, some use it for both.

Tank looks great, but aren't you afraid of the caulerpa becoming invasive?

I agree. I had a friend who let his get out of hand, and it completely took over the tank. It was so thick, you could not see the rock and corals.

It doesn't seem to grow all that quick and when it does become a little overgrown i just trim it back...but i find it great for filling ugly holes before the corals have had chance to grow.
