I am setting up a new 180 and have completed all electrical and plumbing. I have a pretty elaborate plumbing system probably, 80-100 fittings, it is all flex and rigid pvc. I used primer and standard PVC glue for all joints. After letting the glue set for a few days, I then filled the system with ro/di water. When I first turned the pumps on though I noticed a strong scent of PVC glue. It subsided immediatly after the water started flowing. Does anyone believe this will cause and issue with the inhabitants of the tank. The inhabitants will eventually include, soft, LPS, SPS corals, clams, and fish. I do have carbon that I can run if that would help in removing any toxins that would have been introduced by the glue. I just really do not want to make another 220 gallons of ro/di water. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Everything should be fine IMO. I have done this several times and filled the tanks within minutes.
