Add one of your system 70 pictures to this thread if you can. I'll start.

Since I don't get to see these things for more than a day, here is a picture before this one is sent off to an elos retailer.

I think it was either yours or one going down to a customer in LA, I can't remember. All that came in were with the crystal glass so they all look exactly like this, especially when you take a picture with a 20k mh as the "flash" That is a joke, no "creative" photography here. Hell there is barely any photography going on here, at all;) Talk to you later and I hope you got my email about the pro#?

oh, dam, sorry! but I thought that you had written elsewhere that you were having these 70s made of Starphire???

Most people use starphire, extra-clear, crystal referring to the same thing, low-iron glass. Technically, we use a french supplier for our glass being that our aquariums are produced in Italy, than most use here, so it is a common misconception that I do not always correct. Beyond the make of glass, we use adhesive that is made only for elos, we bevel all sides of every piece of glass, we check each pane for any distortion, tiny bubbles and routinely reject panes that do not meet our standard. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

Ah, I see. It's "starphire", not "Starphire<FONT SIZE="-2">TM</FONT>". I gotchya.;)

Very nice tank indeed. I hope to join the Elos family soon if Jesse can work out a deal for me ;)!

Jesse is still working out my deal. I just can't decide on a size yet. I really shouldn't be getting anything bigger then the system70 but I want a system120.

nanoguy, I saw your posts in the Socal forum asking for custom tank builders and was going to recommend Elos. Good decision to talk to Jesse. Can't go wrong with their quality or customer service!
the_anti_honda, my heart said 120xl, but my mind and wallet said system 70. I'll probably end up upgrading in the near future but obviously my the wife, er... wallet won out for now.

LOL I know what I want but honestly I only have room for 36x36 right now since the tank has to go in my office and be easily movable for the next 3 years while I finish up school.
Texsun looks like we are in the same boat..
