First of all, I would like to thank Tom for giving me permission to post this fixture on his forum. I really appreciate that, Tom!
My only reason for selling this fixture is that I am downsizing to a 20 gallon nano. I've decided to return to college this Fall, and won't have the time or money to dedicate to running a larger tank.
I bought a 2x250w Aquatinics MH + T5 fixture on 5/18/07. This was one of the blem/refurb fixtures from Scotslights. I paid to upgrade the ballasts to NEW Icecap 250w electronic ballasts (used for 15 hours total since I bought the fixture). I paid $600 for the fixture (plus $40 shipping). I bought two new 54w T5 actinics in mid-June - they are URI Super Actinic T5s - I paid $36 for them (not including shipping), and used them for 10 hours/day for one month. I bought two 250w 10K Reeflux halide bulbs (purchased new) these have 15 hours of use total - I paid $120 for these.
I would like to sell the fixture + all bulbs for $700 SHIPPED OBO. I would also be willing to sell the fixture with the T5 bulbs only for $600 shipped OBO.
