RO/DI bathroom sink install help

I plan on attaching the waste line to the sink drain piping. Is there any chance of soap or drano going into the RO/DI unit since it will sit lower under the cabinet?

None what-so-ever, because in addition to the waste line holding it's own pressure due to having a sealed system behind it, they also have check valves in place... ;)
