RS-135 still issues

I have an RS-135 purchased less that a month ago.

1. It is leaking at the neck. It seems to leak between the collar and cup. Since they were small leaks I thought I can let it go for awhile but not I cant. It is too messy.

2. I cannot touch it. if I do it starts gurgling. I cannot adjust it .. it will gurgle when I empty the cup it gurgles.

3. I is really hard to adjust the foam level. It seems uncontrollable. if I turn it a little more it gets all crazy ... so I just don't adjust it even though the foam level is low.

4. like 2 days ago I started noticing microbubbles. Lots o them and it is getting worst and worst I attached a sock it seems to fix it. But why I am getting this bubbles all of a sudden.

5. Is it very loud. It vibrates a lot. Is there anything I can do?

My nitrates are getting higher and higher please help.
