I've got a 30g 175w MH, 2x24w CF, SeaClone 150 skimmer, Rena XP1 canister filter
Livestock: 2 saddleback clowns, green brittle star, blue legged hermits, turbo and nass. snails, colt leather, toadstool leather, green polyps, assorted zoo's, bubble coral, and xenia

I've had this set up for a few days over a year, so what do you think?

If it can, whats a good SPS coral to try for a 1st timer?

sps require high flow 30- 50Xs turn over i would recommend two modded tunze nanos in my opinion.

Montipora capricornis is a great starter SPS. Not too light demanding, I have some under PCs that is growing (slowly, but growing). Comes in red/orange (most common), yellow, green and purple. If your water quality is good and you check your flow it looks like your tank would be fine.

Up your flow somehow and start with easy corals such as Montiporas.
