NEVER seen this thing before, and I've had my tank up for a year. Its a round white worm about a tad less than a 1/4 inch in diameter.

It has a little orange butt, and a smaller looking "feeder worm" protrudes out of its mouth, that extends almost as long as its body.

THe body is about 3 inches long!

Should I remove it or let it be?

It is a sipunculid. Nothing to worry about and a good guy for the tank.
