question about Ocean Reef +1

I just hooked up my system & I have a couple of questions.
1-What psi should I be running it at? I ran it @ 80 but thought I should ask.

2-I purged it for 15 minutes like the instructions said then I set my timer for an hour and in 50 minutes my 5 gallon jug was just about full, does that sound about right? (my only mistake so far was not clipping the waste water line to the sink so it fell out & flooded the laundry room, ooops :-)

80 psi pressure is very good and not a problem. The system should only produce about 2-2 1/2 gallons of water per hour.
