Is Goop Marine Fast Fix 2 part epoxy paste reef safe?

In 2 small jars, listed for use on PVC, CPVC, most plastics, 5 min drying.
Contains Epichlorohydrin based epoxy resin and Polyalklyamine resin.

Or is the Oatey plumbers epoxy putty stick (HD, plumbing dept.) reef safe?
Small print on the tube mentioned that it contains steel. The photo of this putty is in this Borneman'es article (http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-02/eb/index.php) . Anybody tried it?

you just need to make sure it is safe for potable water. it will state on the package somewhere if it is. i use the locktite brand epoxy a lot from home depot.
