I am looking for corals that will cover a rock which is close to the Wavebox outlet. Since then the flow is very strong and can hurt the tissue of most corals and that will grow algae on them.

Which coral would you recommend?. I know starpolyps would do fine but their extreme growth would soon reach my SPS and put them in danger, thus I need other recommendations.

Thank you.

I would do some kind of encrusting montipora.

encrusting montipora can resist high direct flow?

Ok so, for the wavebox owners, which corals are you keeping at near the wavebox pump outlet?

I dont have a wavebox, but am very familiar with the flow the put out.
A couple suggestions:
Encrusting Montipora
Tabling Acroporas
Black Tubastrea
