is it ok to feed frozen bloodworms to marine fish?

yeah i did kinda think it was a bad idea
i'll pass on the bloodworms then

i got them a frozen saltwater cuisine four pack mix instead.
it has four cubes of frozen squid, emerald entree, marine cuisine and omega 3 brine shrimp

lets see what kind of mess this makes :lol:
