Do I need to replace all the filters at this time.. or just the DI?

I just started to get 1ppm reading after the DI

Your sediment and carbon filters should be changed once every six months. You are catching the DI just at the right time you don't want the reading to go above 2-3. Ideally with the dual DI once you start to see an inch or two color change in the second stage you want to move stage two to stage one and add a new DI cartridge to stage two.
