another silly question

Does anyone use the large water cooler bottles to store RO water. Thought they would come in handy to keep extra water stored away in a dark place. Seems they would be handier than a large "brute."

I use them, but since I had to pay $10 deposit for them I am thinking of turning them in and getting a couple more trash cans

5 Gal buckets with lids!

I went out and bought 2- 5gal bottles, like for water coolers. I got them from my local water and ice store and they were like $12 each. I can reuse them though, so worth the money in the long run I suppose.

I'm using one for my top off water storage.

Cool. I figured they might be more easy to manage when doing top offs and holding salt water for future water changes. Thanks!
