I'm hooking up (2) 54w T5's to a workhorse 5. I'm assuming that diagram #9 is Normally driven hookup and diagram #11 is Overdriven. Is this correct?

T5 54W is the HO version of the bulb. The max power of that ballast is 128 watts. I dont believe that ballast overdrives those lamps. It will drive them at 54 watts each. The T5 NO is a different bulb. I could be wrong, I dont know those ballasts.
