Hello, I have a vortech pump and I have been running it for about a week. The pump seems to run fine but stalls out it seems every night. It runs good but then just goes out. The pump also seems to be running hot, but I don't know if this is normal. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

If it is stalling and running hot check the pin spacer for bent pins. If any are bent the motor magnet will rub against the spacer and cause stalling, possible noise, and can heat the motor more than normal.

The pins are fine. What else might be the problem?
