Will be getting the T5 setup tomorrow, just wondering if someone can tell/show how they mount the reflectors to the canopy. Thanks

I think they mount on the bulbs themselves

What I meant by T5 setup is actually the T5 icecap retrofit kit I bought from reefgeek.

The reflectors actually just clip onto the bulbs so you can rotate them around to suit your needs. The only part that is going to be fixed to the canopy are the endcaps.

I got a couple of pieces of 2"x1" lumber and fit them into my canopy to provide a base where I needed to put the end caps.

Thanks for all the replies. Will take a closer look when the retrofit kit is here.

I have 4x48" icecap's and a 250w MH reefstar pendent under my canopy. I actually had to hang my t5's so they were 3" above my water. So i basically cut a piece of 48" plywood, mounted the endcaps and lights and hung them with hooks and chain. Worked perfect.
