RO III Vs. PFO New Mini Pendant

1. Which of the two is brighter?

2. Which disperses heat better?

3. Which is easiest to change the bulbs?

4. Which is going to give the best spread over a 2x2?


I finally setup my 120 which is 4x2x2 and I want to buy either the RO III or the PFO New Mini Pendant this week. I go back and forth over these two and can't make up my mind. I plan to run them off of Icecaps new 250 Watt Electronic Metal Halide/ HQI Ballast with 4 54w t5's actinic+.

I use the Reef Optix III Plus and love them. I think there is an actual test out there somewhere.............Two of them cover a 54 x 20" area with ease. I'm sure they would have no problem with 24 x 24.
