CADLights T5 Bulb Quality??

Im thinking of getting a CAD lights 9 gallon aquarium but an curious as to the quality of the bulbs they provde. I've never even seen 11" HO T5 bulbs before. They say they are high intensity but is this the same as the normal high output bulbs that most reefers use?

High output bulbs only come in 24" or longer. so these are probably high quality fluorescent bulbs. all T5's are brighter and gives you more intense light compared to the fatter T8 and T12 bulbs.

I thought 24" was shortesr available too, but they are advertising as HO T5's
