I want to thank everyone for their advice. I guess the best way to discribe us newbies is a "child" in the hobby. I admit it wasn't at all the advice I wanted to hear, I wanted to hear that I could have all the fish I bought with a simple, cheap solution. It's kind of like the child who tells her mother " Why don't you have the money to buy me this? We will just go to the bank and they will give you more." Not understanding the costs, or effects of our actions. I have always been the type to get an Idea, and than concentrate on it till it's complete. "Patience are for those that have to stall to think about their next move" Has always been my motto. But reading the advice, and reading other blogs, and seeing how much they differ from even some of the books I have read. I can see that I'm in the right place. I was skeptical also for starting a thread, because I thought people would write back with one liners insulting my mother and brow beating me for killing fish. Having been ready for it, made the advice I received that much more of an impact. Thanks again, and look for me for more threads. Now that I have a green light, I'll be coming for all my questions.

Paul and/or Becca, be sure to check out the local to you forum here on RC:

http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&forumid=169

and also that club's own website at:

http://seasl.org/forum//index.php

You have to be a paid member to see all the boards at that second address, but you can contact them if you want and it's only like 10 bucks to join. Our new season of club meetings will be starting, I believe, in Sept.

Blue and gold macaw, very sensitive about smells, can't cook with teflon or use aerosols it will kill them instantly. And my mother does wear army boots, It's really big in Germany, she's trying to keep up with the trends.

No, he just likes the free flow, and the slimming features. I have pics on my phone, but I don't have any way to get them on the computer. Like what I have been hearing all over this site... PATIENCE.
