View Full Version : Why say that orders ship out within 24 hrs. when this is not true?

I placed an order on Tues Aug. 14 at around 2:30 CST and the Package data was not transmitted to FedEx until 12:20 on Thurs Aug. 16. So I ask the question of why say that you ship orders within 24 hrs. when this is simply not true? Has it even shipped yet? All it says on the FedEx website is that the package data has been received.

Oh, and btw the phone rep. was of no help. She did not know why this happened, which only adds to my frustration.
