My Osmolator 3155 worked great for the first month.
But my reservoir ran dry and since then it won't pump.
The controller correctly indicates the water level, but when the yellow "Pump On" light is on, there is no sound from the pump.
Could I have burned out the pump with one dry reservoir incident?
I am used to hearing the pump whirl when i run through the voltages on the way to turning the unit on -- but it doesn't do that anymore.
I've double checked the connection. There's no corrosion (since it's new) and it's metal to metal (no insulation blocking).
Do I need to buy a new pump or would this be a warranty issue?
