Solar Powered Air Vent to cool hoods

Has anyone tried to adapt a Solar Powered Auto Air Vent to their hoods for cooling? Thought that maybe this unit could be powered by our lighting and cool the hood at the same time.

I am not sure how you would get the solar panel under the lights without blocking a lot of the light going into the tank. It is a neat idea though. Even better would be to have a decent size solar panel array powering your whole tank. :D
