I've constructed several MJ1200 mods and I think they work great. However, I'm having trouble with the magnets I use to attach them to the tank.

I've been purchasing epoxy coated disc magnets and using Super Glue Gel to attach them to the back of the mod. It seemms very secure, at first, but after several weeks, the magnet breaks away from the MJ mod body.

Can someone suggest a better way or a better adhesive to attach the epoxy coated magnet to the MJ housing?

Thanks ...

silicone is what i used to attach my magnets to the maxijet works great and the silicon also helps with vibration noise

Try Loctite 3min Epoxy it works quite well. It is a two part epoxy. You can find it just about anywhere I got mine from WalMart.

I had my mags on hand ... but I think you can buy them from nearly any online vendor.

I'll experiment. I'll attach one magnet with silicon, and then I'll attache the magnet of another MJ mod with the Loctite epoxy.

Thanks ..

I know some people were using casting resin. It is kind of expensive though. I think it looks a lot nicer tough.
