Aquactinics 36" TX5

I 'm thinking about to get Aquactinics 36" TX5 for my SPS prop tank.

I wonder that fixture will be excellant choice for 36 X 18 X 17? than to have 6X36 t5 retrofit?

Tank will be SPS and clam.

You should have no problems keeping SPS and clams with our TX5 fixture on your tank. I have a 46ga bowfront (similar in size to your tank) and am keeping SPS in the sand bed, 18" down.

I use the following lamps for my 46ga bow.

Fixture: 36" TX5
Front
1) Aquaz Ocean Pro
2) Aquaz Blue Pro
3) UVL 75/25
4) Aquaz Blue Pro
5) Aquaz Ocean Pro
Back

A 46ga bow is a 20" high tank. I have a 2" sandbed so the SPS sitting on the sandbed are 18" from the surface and I keep the TX5 sitting directly on the tank.
