New Tank

I am starting a new tank and have some serious noob questions. First I am going to build a 25g tank and support it with a 18g fuge. the question is is that I want to make a water fall where the water from the fuge would flow out one side and into the top of the main aquarium. Is this a good idea? With that big of a fuge do I need to have additional filtering(I am going to have a skimmer of course)? And what other support equipment would everybody suggest

not a good idea...youll have salt water splashing everywhere...

Yeah bad idea for a salt water tank. It wouldn't really be natural and how are you going to place your lighting.

I Have a 24 gal nano with no fuge and everything does great :)

but is my fuge big enough to not have a wet dry or other external filter?
