Aqua C Remora problem ?

My Aqua C Remora was working good. I did a water change Sunday. There has been nothing in the cup since then. I cleaned the pump, cleaned the spray injector with the brush and there is still no foam. What next ? Should I remove the whole thing and clean it ? Thanks

Seems kinda normal for the Remora skimmer. Sometimes they just go on strike! hehe

Did you try lowering the collection cup?

yes, I have it all the way down now.

give it time, sometimes they slow down some times there pull out lots of gunk depends what goin on in tank. I used bigger pump on mine since i'm using remora pro hang on on my 125 gallon i put a rio 2500 on it and really pull some gunk out.

your water might not have a lot of gunk since water change

If you used something like 'Prime' with your water changes that will degrade your skimmer performance for a bit. usually comes back up in 24hrs or less...depends on bioload (feeding) in the tank as well...

I find the same thing with mine, so times it does feel like coming to work.
