pic editing programs

at the meeting we talked about some pic editing programs and how maybe someone could get me something to use. so if someone could point me, send me or just plain give me something that would schuper schweet, i was saving up for photshop elements 5.0 and premier elements 3.0 twin pack deal due to the good reviews for people starting out and i take some vids once in a while

but ill take what ever i can get for little to nothing

I have been using irfanview and it works good for most applications. The software that comes with your camera should be a good start.

I wasn't there for the meeting, thus don't really know what your needs are. But then neither was rogerlea, who lives in Arizona and has a good excuse!!

If you are looking for simple pic editing, I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager, which usually comes with. I also have Adobe Photoshop CS2, PM me if you want to talk about a copy of Photoshop.
