Hello

I fed my corals tonight and found lots of little white cone shaped snails, and a couple little round brown ones. I found another little brown one earlier today. All the brown ones were found on one of my 2 clams. Most of the white ones were found near my clams too, but none on them. Please help. I hope they are just the Rissoids or whatever.

The little brown ones are Collonista snails, and are algae eaters. They won't eat anything objectionable. The others look to be the same rissoid species that has been showing up on Reef Central lately, either Rissoina pura or a similar Rissoina species.

Cheers,

Don

Thanks :) Good to know I don't have to pick them all out. There are tons of them at night.
