Just started my QT and put in a Yellow Tang. All is well except every time I walk in, he hides. He never comes out, even when I feed. I have the tank surrounded in black construction paper with a PVC pipe in the tank. I use no light, at least for the first week. Should I do something to better acclimate this little guy? I would like to see some more life out of him besides hiding in the corner.

hes just stressed and need some time to relax...a little light wouldnt hurt

he gets light from the room, and from the tank on the other side of the room. Just seems that the florescent light would be too bright.
