phyto feeding

i recently scored some phyto feast from reef nutrition and i was just wondering when is the best time to feed your system/ corals?

I always feed phyto about 30 mins after lights out. Turn off your skimmer and any pumps that lead to a sump before feeding.

FYI, phytoplankton will not directly feed a large majority of corals. It's great for filter feeders and will help with feeding tiny organisms that may end up providing a little nutrition to corals.
