Whats with my YWG?

I saw my YWG doing the strangest thing I've ever seen it do today. First it was pretty far from its burrow that its been sharing with a Tiger Pistol. I didn't think much of it, until I fed the tank a few minutes later and it was circling the upper rim with the current. It didn't put much effort into it, except when it came to a stop. Usually this fish is really spooked out by other fish and me, but I was able to actually put my hand under it and corral it in my hand without any struggle. I did it at least twice. I can't see my PS's burrow so I'm just wondering whats going on? The YWG didn't eat anything I put in the tank either, and it looks healthy otherwise.

Could it be internal infection? Something else?
