I purchased a maxcap 90/dwk through you and am installing it (finally). I have a few questions...
1) It looks like the shutoff for the DI side comes simply by putting a ball valve after the DI/Si cartridges, rather than before them, is this correct? This diverts water via the Tee to automatically fill the storage tank from the RO side only (with the ASO valve in place)?

2) I purchased a hiflow drinkingwater kit, is this supposed to have two 1lb check valves and a ball valve to shut off DI (as per the illustration)? Mine only came with one check valve (with a red ring). If not, I'll need to order them from you as they are not available locally.

3) Any suggestions for wall-mounting a LMIII? I assumed there were screw-mounting holes in the back, but there are not. Will a patch of velcro be strong enough to withstand the torque from the motor?

Thanks,
Matt

1. That is correct.

2. If I knew your invoice number, I could see exactly what you should have received. Regardless, if we installed the ASO Valve and Check Valve on the system for you, you would then have one left over to put in the line going to the storage tank. Ball valves are extra and optional.

3. Velcro is more than enough to keep the box on the wall. GLUE the velcro to the wall! Very small shelves work well, also.
