Hello there,
I want to buy a "BFS-200 CS5-75 - $191.00" unit from your website but I want to ask couple questions before I place my order. Hopefully you can answer me.
1) Does the unit come with a "Hose bib adapter" or similiar product that i could connect it to the cold water outlet to my washing machine. Or the unit doesn't come with any type of connection at all and i got to order it from you or buy it at home depot.

I don't know anything about pluming, Could you please explain to me what kind of connection does the unit come with and how to connect it to the water line so i can have ro/di water.

2) "Adjustable flow restrictor available upon request at no additional charge" <== where can i request this because when i try to place my order, i don't see any place that i can request this.

Please let me know so i can order it soon.

thanks

Hi Capt. The unit does not come with a supply fitting - so to hook it up to a hose bib you'd want to also order a hose bib adapter. It screws right on like a garden hose does, then you insert the tubing into the quick connect fitting and you're done - no tools needed.

Unless you have experience using an RO/DI system you may want to go with a standard (static) flow restrictor that comes with the system. If you want the adjustable restrictor, there is a comment field available to you as you check out - that's a convenient place to put a note to us.
