I switch between mysis, brine, and cyclop-eeze. How many times a day should I feed?

You should also be feeding Nori daily. Tangs are only carniverous in our tanks, herbivores by nature.
You can get Nori at your local grocery store in the international foods section. It is seaweed wrap used for sushi. You can also by Julian Sprungs Seaweed from your LFS.

I would feed them frozen food daily for a few weeks. You may then be able to feed every other day, but continue with the Nori daily.

Blue tangs are actually one of the omnivorous tangs, which is one of the reasons they're more prone to picking at coral than other tangs. You need not feed him daily nori, as he's not an herbivore. Include it in his diet, but don't forget to give him more meaty foods, too.

You can cut the brine out of their diet if you want. It's empty of nutrition unless it's been gut loaded with other foods. You can toss in some New Life Spectrum pellets into their diet. They're quite a great food, even though they're pellets.

Feed them 1-3 times a day. Doesn't really matter. They don't require many feedings like anthias, but more wouldn't hurt so long as you feed smaller portions and are on top of your water quality. In fact more small feedings throughout the day is more natural for fish such as yours than getting one big feeding once a day.

Juvenile blue tangs need meaty foods. Once they mature they should have a healthy mixed diet consisting of nori and various meaty foods. There is a whole article about them and there different life stages in a past issue of Reef Keeping magazine. I suggest some PE mysis.
