I was wondering if it's okay for some of my frogspawn polyps to be touching the live rock that it's next to. The colony is on the sand right now but when the polyps are fully extended a few of them touch the live rock next to them. It doesnt seem to bother it but are there any long term effects that might happen? (i.e scratching the polyp)

In my opinion, no. If the portion of the skeleton covered with flesh was pressed against the rocks, you would have problems. The tentacles stretching out and touching the rocks is not a problem.
