Quick Tank Stand ??

I just bought a new 75 gal tank last month and the stand doesn't have anything to hold the tank up except the vertical support 2x4s and the outer ridge of vertical plywood, i've never seen a stand like that and was just wondering if its safe? i will probably reinforce it anyway just thought i would ask so i know if i need to go see the retailer about it.

If it's a stand made for a 75 and it won't support a 75, you've got an awesome lawsuit if it breaks. We'll be pullin' for ya!!
