What do you like your frags attached to?

What type of mounting do you like to receive bought frags on? If 'Other', please specify. Just gauging interest in what I should put my frags on.

I got some frags from someone who glued them to these plastic round plugs with a peg that fit perfectly into the squares on eggcrate material. It was a PITA to get them off the plugs and glue them to LR rubble. LR Rubble gets my vote.

I like mine attached to phosphate free rock ;)

Too bad I can't seem to get my tank phosphate free :(

for me its other - i like un mounted frags that way i can mount them right to the large piece of LR

I glue all mine to some plastic frag plugs with a peg. Since they are plastic the peg can be cut away so I can glue the frag just about any where.

I prefer my frags unmounted. Those disks or blocks they usually come on look so ugle and are a pain to get the coral off of.

Small round disk with plug. Just drill a hole in the rock and slide it in.

i think its a 15/32 that fits the ORA plugs from my LFS perfectly

Anything with a peg. That way it can sit on my frag rack for a while and snails won't knock it off before I detach it from the plug and mount it somewhere.

I also like getting frags unmounted and then mounting them to rubble rock with super glue gel then attaching the rubble to the reef structure with acua mend .
