Wavebox Problem

My wavebox is not turning on at all, the controller is flashing but the pump is not working. Anyone have this issue before?

ive cleaned taken the apart the pump and then put it back together but the pump just spins halfway once and then gets stuck going back and forth.

Is there any visual defects on the impeller or in the impeller housing? You also took out the bearing behind the impeller and cleaned as well correct?

the impeller and housing look perfect and i completly took it apart and cleaned it, even though it was clean since it was only working less than one week.

I just got back this morning. Try running the pump with no controller, if it works the problem is the controller. If not, it is the pump.

if the pump is alone it runs fine but after a while of being plugged into the controller the unit stops working.

i was working fine for approx 2hrs and then stopped. now not even the pump alone works. this started happening after i plugged in the optical sensor but i no longer have used it since i want to have it on all the time.

About how old is the unit? Have you tried opening the pump and checking it out for anything obvious?

brand new, i just upacked it and used it about 1 week beofre my first post. The pump looks perfect. Ive taken it apart a few times by the book but still nothing.

Is this one with a driver box or with the black junction box? Is the inside of the well that the prop assembly magnet sits in white or black?

it has a black junction bow and the well is white.

got it working again but after 1hr or so it stops
