osmolator stray voltage

One of my osmolator units is giving off a small amount of electricity.
I stuck my hand in the tank and I can feel it on a small cut I have
on one of my fingers. Any chance I can get this fixed? I've only had
it a month or so.

Hi Erik,

These are low voltage so not dangerous have you checked the osmolator to confirm it is not something als as this is unusual?
All aquarium pumps leak a very small amount this is normal warranty will apply if faulty.

I placed the optical sensor in a bucket of saltwater and I can feel it
on a small cut on my hand.
