Best Settings Help- anyone?

Could someone tell me the best settings for my 6100's and 7095? I have a 210 gallon tank.

What does it mean interval 1-60 sec, 1-60min,2-12hr?

As far as what is best for your tank that is largely trial and error. The pumps go longer between cleanings and it is probably the most natural to use Interval 2 with a 6hr interval. You set the switch to 2-12hr and set the knob roughly in the middle. You would then set the pulse to what ever you prefer but I generally use 3 seconds 30-100%
