I just had this crazy thought after drinking an aspirin today, what would it do to a fish tank if you dosed an aspirin in saltwater ? anyone has experimented with this ?

supposedly, it may help fishes during shipment (to relieve stress, so stated in a FAMA article)

no solid evidence though. :)

or maybe it can help them relieve their headaches after dosing vodka in the tank. lol j/k

I don't know of any reason to dose it into the tank.

I don't know bertoni, maybe it cures ick and is reef safe... maybe it cures sick fish, for shore it helps with humans.

Aspirin is a pain-killer and an anti-inflammatory in humans. I don't know of any studies of its effects on saltwater fish.
