I just gotr the BFS 161 all hooked up form you today.
I was not sure though how long the DI filter is typically good for.
Can you tell me typical replacement schedule?
Great unit but the way, 175 tds in 0tds out.
Much better than my old unit that had no DI. I was getting about 30TDS.

Kevin - The life span varies based upon the tds coming out of the RO, the amount of DI water you produce, and several other factors.

It wouldn't be unusual for you to get between 3 and 8 months from that cartridge.

The Tds our of the RO side is 9 our the DI is O,
Glad to finaly 0
