Flatworms issue?

Tonight I noticed a couple of small white flatworms in my refugium. The are no longer than 2 cm and have forked tales. Are they a problem and if so how do I get rid of them. I could just pull them out but I'm sure that if I say two there are many more I don't see.

Flatworms like that usually aren't a problem, and they often disappear on their own. I'd just ignore them.

Followup question... I have a ton of flatworms on my LR and glass. There must be several hundred of them, but their number seems to be constant. Do I need to run flatworm exit, or should I just leave them be?

Are they small, rust colored with a tiny red dot in the center? If so get the FWE it works well. If you want some tips on using it, LMK I have done it.
