I purchased 2 of these MH Ballast today

is 1 enough for my 2.5g?
and which bulb should i buy?

this is the specification of the ballast

I have never seen a 50 watt MH lamp. 70 is the smallest I know of and since bulbs and ballasts must be matched they will probably not work with those ballasts. Someone chime in here.

I believe AZ is right. While I am sure you can get a 50w MH bulb it will not be the proper kelvin rating to use on a SW Tank.

Can i connect these 2 ballasts in Series so that i can hook 100w MH Bulb? with the right color temp?
