Frogspawn ?

Well living here in california we have had a bad heat wave and my tank was hovering right around 82-85 degrees. I know that is really hot but its a nano and i couldn't afford a chiller and i work too much. Anyway my frog doesn't open as much as it did before the heat. Now the temp stays in normal range 76-79, is it possible for my frog to "heal" i'll call it, maybe be less stressed after good conditions?

that's not a high temp and it shouldn't of caused allot of stress on the corals unless you have water quality issues too. my 180 keeps a constant 89 temp year round and as you can see below it thrives because i keep water quality pristine.

i had a complete frogspawn die because of heat, it hated 80 degrees or anything higher, now with my chilller its at 78 and they are coming back. I would leave it for a bit to see what may happen, things come back from the dead more often than you would think

wow. 89 deg. is pretty high.

i believe that fluctuations of the temperature is more important than the temp itslef. as long as the temp isnt drastically changing all of a sudden, it should be fine. i obtained a single head of frogspawn that was slowly deteriorating and has came back with about 10 heads all ready to split.
